Rochelle Woldorsky

Whereas much of my work responds to the immediate world around me and concerns for the environment, the Interfaith Artist’s Circle has given me the opportunity to explore my Jewish and spiritual heritage and incorporate that into new works. I have exhibited paintings, photographs, and installation works in many solo and group shows. My work has been recognized by grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board, the McKnight Foundation, the Minnesota Humanities Commission as well as others.  I received a BFA is from the Minneapolis School of Art (now MCAD) and an MFA from the University of Minnesota where I taught drawing. I presently enjoy working in my studio.
