In drawings and artist’s books I work from observation, emotion and an acute sense of the layering of time.  I have made work about the known and unknown in my night garden and my attempts to understand my father’s Holocaust experience.  In work for the Interfaith Artists Group I have made digital collages in which the overlay of transparencies creates a sense of multiple realities and mystery.  My work is in public and private collections nationally.  In Minneapolis, I exhibit with Groveland Gallery and Form+Content.  I have received grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board and from the Jerome Foundation/MCBA.  I am Professor emerita at the University of Minnesota.
